Indian cricket legends Rahul Dravid, Mithali Raj, and Roger Binny will receive Lifetime Achievement honours from the Board of Control for Cricket in India at its annual awards ceremony in Delhi on March 15.
Dravid and Binny will be presented with the prestigious Col CK Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award for their outstanding contributions to Indian cricket, while Mithali Raj will receive the equivalent lifetime honour for women’s cricket in recognition of her role in elevating the profile and success of the women’s game in India.
At the same ceremony, Shubman Gill and Smriti Mandhana have been named India’s Best International Cricketers for the 2024–25 season. Gill wins the Polly Umrigar Award for the second time, while Mandhana claims the women’s honour for the fifth time in her career, underlining her consistent impact across formats.
Among domestic performers, Ira Jadhav will receive the Jagmohan Dalmiya Trophy for Best Woman Cricketer in domestic competitions, while Shafali Verma will be honoured as the Best Woman Cricketer in senior domestic one-day tournaments.
Allrounder Ayush Mhatre will receive the Lala Amarnath Award for Best Allrounder in domestic limited-overs competitions, while Harsh Dubey earns the same honour for his performances in the Ranji Trophy.
The Mumbai Cricket Association will also be recognised for the Best Performance in BCCI domestic tournaments after winning four titles and finishing runners-up in two during the season.
In a historic first, the BCCI will also felicitate all five Indian teams that recently won ICC trophies, including the senior men’s teams that won the ICC Champions Trophy in 2025 and the ICC Men's T20 World Cup in 2026, marking what the board described as an extraordinary era of global success for Indian cricket. 🏏
