While the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is yet to make an official announcement, the report suggests that internal discussions have strongly tilted in Mullanpur’s favor for hosting Qualifier 1 and the Eliminator.

The final, however, is likely to return to a more familiar venue—the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, which has previously hosted several marquee IPL games including finals.

Meanwhile, Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium—famed for its capacity of 132,000—remains a go-to venue for cricket’s biggest stages. With its advanced amenities, crowd capacity, and successful hosting history, it comes as no surprise that the IPL 2025 final is set to return there.
