Captain Shreyas Iyer admitted the team "went a bit overboard" with bouncers, deviating from the hard-length strategy planned. He stressed the importance of regrouping and refining their approach. Experts like Kumble and Tom Moody warned that the loss could stall the team's momentum, a critical factor in high-pressure playoff scenarios. Iyer, however, remained optimistic, highlighting the unpredictable nature of the IPL and urging the team to focus on staying calm, positive, and present. With just one league match remaining, PBKS must address their bowling shortcomings swiftly if they are to remain serious title contenders.
