Haris Rauf Ruled Out of MLC Playoffs with Hamstring Injury

San Francisco Unicorns pacer Haris Rauf has been ruled out of the remainder of MLC 2025 due to a Grade 1 hamstring strain sustained while fielding against Texas Super Kings. Rauf, the tournament’s joint-highest wicket-taker with 17 scalps, bowled just one over before exiting the field. His replacement, New Zealand left-arm seamer Ben Lister, made his debut in the final league game but struggled with figures of 2.1-0-43-0. Rauf's injury also puts his availability for Pakistan’s upcoming T20I series against Bangladesh in doubt. The Unicorns will face MI New York in the Eliminator on Thursday.
