Earlier, India’s 251 for 9 promised more than it delivered. Half-centuries from Pratika Rawal and captain Harmanpreet Kaur anchored the innings, but a damaging middle-order slide of 5 for 52 stalled momentum. Australia’s attack, led by Annabel Sutherland and supported by spin from Ashleigh Gardner and Alana King, applied consistent pressure despite some sloppy fielding.
